The Norwich Sea Unicorns have announced that the game against the New Britain Bees, postponed on Saturday, July 6th, will be made up as part of a single admission doubleheader on Wednesday, July 31st. The doubleheader will be played as two 7-inning games. Game 1 will begin at 5pm, with game 2 set to begin approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the first game. Gates for the doubleheader will open at 4pm.
Those that have purchased tickets for the game that was postponed on Saturday will be able to exchange those tickets at the Dodd Stadium Box Office for any regular season game during the rest of the 2024 season. The Open Mic Night Promotion from Saturday’s game will have updated information released in the coming days.
Wednesday, July 31st is also the “Reason To Ride” promotion. Any updated information regarding the timing of that promotion will also be announced in the coming days.
The Sea Unicorns are back in action this afternoon with our Sunday Funday game against the Nashua Silver Knights at 4pm. Gates open at 3pm and kids will have an opportunity to run the bases (field conditions permitting) and have a catch in the outfield following the game.
