Challenge: Each student must complete 500 minutes of reading from Jan 1st to May 1st

- Each student who participates will receive a complimentary voucher to our 2025 Reading Night at Dodd Stadium
What you Can Win…
- The top participating class from every grade in the region will be honored with PA recognition and an on-field parade prior to our Reading Night game
- The student who reads the most minutes overall will throw out the first pitch at our Reading Night game
- The teacher from the top participating class overall will receive a gift pack presented by Staples, Mashantucket Pequot Museum, and the Norwich Sea Unicorns

How do I register?
Teachers will register by submitting our google form listed above.
How much do I have to read?
The minimum you have to read is 500 minutes, but you can read as much as you want!
Will teachers receive a complimentary voucher as well?
Yes!
Will my tickets be together?
Vouchers will be available for exchange at the Dodd Stadium box office, on a first come, first serve basis. Based on availability.
How do I claim my voucher?
The Sea Unicorns front office will be in communication with teachers and school representatives throughout the Spring. Vouchers will be distributed to the schools for those who hit the reading goal in early May.
Can my parents/siblings attend the Reading Night game and be seated with our student?
Yes! If your parents or siblings are interested in attending, all they have to do is call into our box office, give the school’s name and we will seat you accordingly. Students may also redeem their vouchers for the game at this time.
Can homeschooled students participate?
They sure can! The google form is available above.
Does reading to my child count?
It sure does!
