Lee Walter Jr. begins his fifth year as General Manager of the Sea Unicorns after being promoted to the position on January 10, 2022. Following the 2024 season which saw the Sea Unicorns win their second straight Futures League Championship, Walter was named the Executive of the Year by League Commissioner Joe Paolucci. Zach Gitschier
Zach Gitschier becomes the 5th Field Manager in Sea Unicorns history after spending the 2025 season as the team's Pitching Coach. Gitschier recently became the pitching coach at UMass-Lowell following a season on the coaching staff at Saint Anselm College. He also spent the 2024 season as the pitching coach for the Westfield Starfires.
