Today the Norwich Sea Unicorns have announced details for the 2024 Sunday Funday games at Dodd Stadium. This summer, the Sea Unicorns will play 5 home games on Sunday’s (May 26, June 9, July 7, July 14, July 28), all starting at 4pm.
Following each Sunday home game, the real FUN begins as all children 12 & under are welcome to join us on the field to RUN the BASES one time and then have a CATCH in the OUTFIELD with their families for 15 minutes. It is also possible that many of the Sea Unicorns players will stick around to join in the activities.
Sunday Funday is also our First Mate’s Club Day. The First Mate’s Club is sponsored by K & H Equipment of Plainfield and represents an opportunity for children 12 & under to be a member of an exclusive club that receives a game ticket to each of the Sunday home games, a t-shirt, a credential to wear and show off the cool status of being a member, as well as access to a season ending ice cream social on Sunday, July 28th.
