Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility
– The Norwich Sea Unicorns are committed to providing accessibility and accommodation to all of our fans for their comfort, safety, and enjoyment. Every effort has been made to comply with both the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and State of Connecticut accessibility guidelines to accommodate fans with disabilities. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the type of event, and are subject to availability at Dodd Stadium.
-Tickets can also be purchased at the Dodd Stadium Ticket Office during normal business hours. Fans seeking assistance with accessible seating ticketing purchases should contact the Ticket Office at (860) 887-7962.
-Please be advised that wheelchair and companion seating is for guests with disabilities and their companions. The Norwich Sea Unicorns reserve the right to take appropriate action up to and including investigation, relocation, ejection, or season ticket revocation for accessible seating ticket fraud. Accessible seating ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability for the purpose of obtaining accessible seating.
-ADA Seating is available behind the back row of our sections on the concourse (street level) at Dodd Stadium. Please call (860) 887-7962 to speak with a ticket sales representative to ensure seat that will accommodate your needs. An elevator behind the press box is accessible for those with Suite/Light house tickets to the suite area.
-ADA Parking is made available with various handicap parking spaces near the main entrance to Dodd Stadiums.
Animals
-Dodd Stadium does not allow animals on the property. (Exception for ADA service animals)
Autographs
-The Norwich Sea Unicorns players are thrilled to interact with fans and sign autographs. We also want to keep players and fans safe during game action, so we ask that autograph requests are only made before and after games.

Baby Changing Stations
-Baby changing tables are located in the family restrooms on either side of the concourse.
Beverages, Food & Containers
-To ensure the safety of our fans, no cans, bottles, plastic containers, boxes, coolers or food packages will be permitted to be carried inside Dodd Stadium. Please be advised that all bags are subject to inspection prior to entry and anytime while in Dodd Stadium.
Business Office
The Sea Unicorns front office is located on the left of the ticket office facing Dodd Stadium. The front office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. The Front Office phone number is (860) 887-7962.

Carry-In Policy
– Dodd Stadium allows, parental bags, and bags containing medically necessary supplies. We also allow strollers for parents with infants, toddlers, and other young children.
-The Norwich Sea Unicorns and Dodd Stadium staff ask that outside food and beverages are not brought into Dodd Stadium. Exceptions will be made where necessary for fans with food allergies or dietary restrictions.

- A) Aerosol cans (e.g., mace, pepper spray, hairspray, etc.)

- C) Animals (except Service Animals or pets on special pet promotional days)
- D) Bags that are large (Beach bags, large purses, duffle bags, suitcases, etc.)

- G) Cameras with detachable lenses, lenses 6” or longer, and camera cases

Concessions
-Concession stands, are located throughout Dodd Stadium and offer a variety of food and beverage options. Credit cards are accepted at all concession stands.
Covid Policies
-The Norwich Sea Unicorns will continue to place the highest priority on the health and safety of all fans, employees, and players who enter Dodd Stadium. Ticket holders will be required to comply with applicable state, city, and The Futures League Covid-19 health rules, which may be updated from time to time. The Sea Unicorns will continuously revise the Covid-19 policy.

Directions
Senator Thomas J. Dodd Memorial Stadium is located at 14 Stott Avenue in Norwich, CT. Located in the Industrial Park situated on top of the hill from Route 32 in Franklin and West Town Street in Norwich, Dodd Stadium has been in operation since 1995.
PLEASE NOTE PLAIN HILL ROAD IS CLOSED DURING GAME DAYS, DIRECTIONS THROUGH APPLE MAPS, GOOGLE MAPS, MAPQUEST, AND CAR NAVIGATION SYSTEMS MAY DIRECT YOU TO PLAIN HILL ROAD.
From the North – Putnam/Mass Areas
Take I-395 South to Exit 14 (Old Exit 82) for Norwichtown/Yantic. Take a right at the bottom of the ramp. At the first light, take a right into the Norwich Industrial Park. Follow the green and white Dodd Stadium signs until you see the stadium on the right.
From the South – Old Saybrook/Niantic/New Haven
Take I-95 North to left exit 76 (I-395 North). Take I-395 North to Exit 14 (Old Exit 82) for Norwichtown/Yantic. Take a left at the bottom of the ramp. At the second light, take a right into the Norwich Industrial Park. Follow the green and white Dodd Stadium signs until you see the stadium on the right.
From the East – Westerly/Mystic Areas
Take I-95 South to Exit 84 North. Take Route 32 North to I-395 North. Once on I-395, take Exit 14 (Old Exit 82) for Norwichtown/Yantic. Take a left at the bottom of the ramp. At the second light, take a right into the Norwich Industrial Park. Follow the green and white Dodd Stadium signs until you see the stadium on the right.
From the West – Hartford/Middletown Areas
Take Route 2 East to Exit 27 (Yantic). At the end of the exit ramp, take a right. Bear right onto Route 32 North (towards Willimantic). At the third light, take a right onto New Park Avenue, which brings you into the Norwich Industrial Park. Follow the green and white Dodd Stadium signs until you see the stadium on the right.
From the West – Willimantic Area
Take Route 32 South to the Franklin/Norwich border. At the first light when you cross into Norwich, take a left onto New Park Avenue, which brings you into the Norwich Industrial Park. Follow the green and white Dodd Stadium signs until you see the stadium on the right.
Drones
Guests are prohibited from using or possessing unmanned aircraft or radio-controlled model aircraft in Dodd Stadium or anywhere on or within the air space of Dodd Stadium property.

Exit/Re-Entry
-Guests may not re-enter Dodd Stadium once leaving.
Elevator
-Dodd Stadium features one elevator, which is located behind the press box on the concourse.

Family Restrooms
-Family restrooms are designed for fans with small children, fans with disabilities, and fans seeking gender-neutral facilities. All family restrooms are accessible and equipped with diaper changing tables.
Fan Services Center
-The Dime Bank Informational Booth is located behind section 9 on the concourse next to the Point of Sail merchandise store and operates from the time Dodd Stadiums gates open until after the game ends. Fans can visit to ask questions, provide feedback, seek help, first aid, or receive information.
Foul Balls & Flying Objects
-For your safety, please beware of flying objects, such as batted or thrown baseballs, and try to avoid them. These may also include thrown bats, broken bats, or promotional items and materials which can enter seating areas and other ballpark areas. Fans must pay attention at all times, be mindful of the game situation, and use caution when walking up and down the aisles or moving around the seating areas. Fans assume all risk of injury from bats, balls and other flying objects, and the Sea Unicorns cannot be held responsible for such injuries. Fans may keep any baseball that enters the seating area as a souvenir; however bats that fly into the stands must be returned to the batter.
First Aid
-First Aid at Dodd Stadium is provided by American Ambulance. If first aid treatment is required, please locate the nearest Dodd Stadium staff member or head to the Dime Bank Informational booth located behind section 9 on the concourse.
Firearms
-Weapons of any kind, are not permitted on Dodd Stadium Property.
Fireworks
-The Norwich Sea Unicorns in conjunction with the Fire Marshall’s Office, want to keep fans safe during firework shows. At the conclusion of games, the field and certain sections of Dodd Stadium must be cleared based on Fire Marshall’s determination. Public address announcements, as well as stadium personnel, will make clear which areas must be vacated.
Fans Code Of Conduct
-The Norwich Sea Unicorns are committed to providing an enjoyable, safe, family-oriented experience at Dodd Stadium. To protect our fans and this environment, fans are asked to observe Baseball Etiquette. Those who do not observe our Code of Conduct as determined by the Sea Unicorns, will be asked to leave, and where applicable, may incur criminal or civil penalties.
- A) Alcohol/Drugs
The Sea Unicorns reserve the right to deny entrance or escort from Dodd Stadium any guest who:
-Appears intoxicated or impaired by alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances.
-Is under the age of 21 and possessing alcoholic beverages.
-Facilitates underage drinking.
-Possesses illegal drugs.
- B) Clothing/Body Art
-Fans may not wear obscene, profane, or indecent (In judgement of the Sea Unicorns) clothing.
C/ Emergencies
-The Sea Unicorns reserve the right to remove anyone who fails to comply with any request from the Sea Unicorns staff or law enforcement personnel regarding ballpark operations or emergency response procedures.
- D) Interference with the Game
-Violators are subject to prosecution and ejection from Dodd Stadium.
- E) Language/Violence/Conduct
-Fans cannot use foul, profane, or abusive language or make obscene gestures. Fans who use or exhibit such behavior are subject to ejection, and Sea Unicorns shall determine when or whether they may return to Dodd Stadium.
-Fans cannot conduct themselves in a disorderly, unruly, or disruptive manner, in the judgment of the Sea Unicorns, to other fans, staff, employees, players, or other uniformed personal, including umpires.
-Fans cannot fight or engage in threatening behavior (physical or verbal).
-The Sea Unicorns reserve the right to remove any fan whose failure to adhere to acceptable levels of hygiene impedes the ability of others to enjoy the game.
-Fans cannot interfere with the ability of others to enjoy the game.
-Fans cannot vandalize, damage, paint, draw on, or otherwise deface any park of Dodd Stadium property.
-Fans cannot possess firearms or other weapons, fireworks, or other materials or items deemed hazardous or dangerous by the Sea Unicorns.
-Fans may not use laser pointers, sirens, whistles, or other items that may distract or interfere with the play on the field or interfere with the enjoyment of other fans.
-Fans may root for players, and may root against teams; however, goods sportsmanship is encouraged, and no abusive taunts, cruel words, or foul language are permitted.
-Fans cannot participate in displays of affection that, in the judgment of the Sea Unicorns, are not appropriate in a public, family setting.
-Fans do not have access to the roof of Dodd Stadium.
-Fans cannot jump the railings in the suites.
-Game tickets are revocable licenses subject to their stated terms. The Sea Unicorns reserve the right to remove anyone who fails to produce a ticket upon request, or who occupies a seat for which they do not hold a ticket, or who accesses (or attempts to access) non-public areas of Dodd Stadium without accredited pass or credential, or misuses or fails to comply with the terms or restrictions of a ticket. Gates Open/Closed
-Dodd Stadium gates open 1 hour before the designated game time start time, unless otherwise noted.
Gender Neutral restrooms
-Dodd Stadium has restrooms designed for fans with small children, fans with disabilities, and fans seeking a gender-neutral facility. These restrooms are located on each side of the concourse.
Gift Cards
-Gift Cards are not available at this time. Please reach out to the Front Office at 860-887-7962 or [email protected] to discuss alternative opportunities.
Giveaway Policies
-The Sea Unicorns policy is to distribute giveaways to eligible fans. An eligible fan is a fan that meets the advertised age limits or other requirements. Extra tickets cannot be redeemed for giveaway prizes.

Hole In The Wall
-The Hole in the Wall Bar is located on the first base concourse. Any seating at the bar is on a first come, first served basis and seats cannot be saved once they are vacated.

Lost and Found
-Items can be turned in to, or retrieved from, the Dime Bank Informational Booth located next to the Point of Sail merchandise store on the first base side of the concourse.

Merchandise
-All the latest Sea Unicorns gear can be found at the Point Of Sail merchandise store located to the right upon entering Dodd Stadium at the main entrance. Mascot
-The Sea Unicorns do not have a mascot. We will occasionally be able to bring old friends Tater the Gator and CT the Tiger out to play.
Messages Over The Public Address System
-The Norwich Sea Unicorns announce messages for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Please request messages over the public address system through reaching out to our Business Development/Marketing & Promotions manager at [email protected]. Preferably at least 24 hours in advance of the game. You may also visit the Dime Bank Informational booth located on the first base side of the concourse next to the main entrance of Dodd Stadium. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests.

-Ample parking located on the premises. $5 parking fee.

R
Rain Outs & Other Postponements
-If a game is postponed either in advance or before the trailing team has completed 5 innings of batting, the game does not count as an official game and therefore fans may exchange their tickets to a future regular season home game, subject to availability and blackout dates. If the trailing team has completed at least 5 innings of batting when inclement weather stops a game for good, it counts as an official game.
Restrooms
-Dodd Stadium has ample restrooms on each level, and the stadium also has family restrooms that are gender-neutral. Diaper changing areas are available in each family restroom located on the first and third base sides of the concourse.

Security
-Dodd Stadium seeks to provide a safe, family-friendly environment. Sea Unicorn ushers, ambassadors, and security staff, along with the Norwich Police Department officers, are present to assist fans. If security is needed please notify the nearest Sea Unicorns staff member, Norwich Police Department officer, or visit the Dime Bank Information booth located near the entrance of Dodd Stadium.
Smoking/Vaping Policy
-There is no smoking allowed in Dodd Stadium including E-Cigarettes and Vapor.
Suites
-Dodd Stadium features 14 private suites. Each has its own TV with both indoor and outdoor seating. Furnished with comfy couches and a refrigerator. Several suites can be rented on a single game basis to entertain clients, reward employees, or enjoy a game as a group. Please call (860) 887-7962 or email [email protected]
Specialty Events

Strollers
-Strollers are allowed at Dodd Stadium. Stroller may not block rows, aisles or stairways.
Streaming Broadcast
-The Sea Unicorns, in conjunction with the Futures League, broadcasts all home games via the Futures League Network. To watch the stream of any home or away game, fans must purchase access through the Futures League website.

On weekends that have Dodd Stadium events, the Ticket Office is open from 10:00am through the time of the event. Tickets to future home games are available during games at the ticket windows.

Umbrellas
-Umbrellas are permitted into Dodd Stadium, we just ask that spectators do not have them open while the ball is in play.

WIFI @ Dodd Stadium
-Public WIFI is not available at Dodd Stadium. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Will Call Window
-The Will Call window is located on the right side of the Ticket Office or left of the Merchandise Store. Tickets that have been purchased and left for pick up at Will Call can be claimed an hour before game-time. Proper identification is required to claim the tickets.
