The Norwich Sea Unicorns have released the majority of their 2025 Promotional Calendar in anticipation of Individual game tickets going on sale tomorrow, April 15th!
Once again, the highlight of the season will be the tremendous postgame fireworks shows! This year, the Sea Unicorns will light up the skies with six fireworks shows presented by Liberty Bank. Those shows will take place on:
Saturday, May 31st (Home Opener against the Nashua Silver Knights)
Friday, June 20th (Military Appreciation Night against the Worcester Bravehearts)
Friday, June 27th (against the Westfield Starfires)
Friday, July 18th (K Cancer and Unity in the Community Night against the Worcester Bravehearts)
Friday, July 25th (First Responder Night against the Nashua Silver Knights)
Friday, August 1st (Fan Appreciation Night against the Nashua Silver Knights).
This year’s Home Opener on Saturday, May 31st is presented by Soapy Noble. As fans enter the Dodd Stadium gates, they will be able to pick up a free 2025 Sea Unicorns Schedule Magnet branded by the CT Department of Transportation Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over message. Following the fireworks show, fans will receive a special coupon courtesy of Soapy Noble on their way out of the Dodd Stadium gates.
Hartford Healthcare is once again the presenting sponsor of the Sea Unicorns First Responder Night on Friday, July 25th. Special ticket pricing is available for all First Responder’s for this game by calling or visiting the Dodd Stadium Ticket Office.
Sunday afternoon games (PLEASE NOTE THE NEW START TIME OF 1:00PM) will once again be the Sea Unicorns Sunday Funday featuring the First Mate’s Club Days presented by K & H Equipment of Plainfield and postgame activities on the field at Dodd Stadium. Following each Sunday home game, kids 12 & under can come down to the field and run the bases and have a catch in the outfield. The baseballs for have a catch are branded by the CT DOT.
The first Sunday home game on June 1st will be Kids Opening Day presented by Charter Oak Federal Credit Union. The first 200 kids entering the Dodd Stadium gates will receive an Autograph Book courtesy of Spicer Propane. In the Kids Zone, there will be a special Touch-A-Truck event presented by Collelo Excavation where fans can get up close with many different types of construction vehicles and other types of vehicles as well.
Tuesday’s at Dodd Stadium this year will feature 2 for $5 Hot Dogs and a special ticket deal that gives fans a free ticket to specific future games when purchasing their Tuesday ticket. Please see the Norwich Sea Unicorns promotional schedule page on the website for more details.
The Sea Unicorns will once again host a Wednesday morning game for Education Day presented by the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center on June 4th against the Vermont Lake Monsters, as well as the Annual Camp Day game on July 16th against the New Britain Bees. Both games will have 11:00am starts. For more information regarding ticket pricing for school groups or summer camps, please reach out to the Sea Unicorns Front Office staff.
Thirsty Thursday returns to Dodd Stadium and will once again feature Narragansett Beer specials. Thursday, June 19th will also be Reading Night presented by the Pequot Museum and Research Center as the Sea Unicorns will recognize all of the local students who completed this year’s Reading Program requirements on top of their normal schoolwork during the year. Thursday, June 26th will be Irish Night at the Bell Logistics Hole in the Wall Beer Garden presented by HMS Travel Consulting. Join us for Irish themed drink specials and learn about travelling to Ireland from the folks at HMS Travel Consulting.
